Import Call List From Console Window

UCL and Hot List aliases subject to change include:

• UCL Contact Name,

• ASTRO 25 (Hot List Alias, and the Hot List Contact)

• Type II (Hot List Alias, and the Hot List Contact)

UCL and Hot List Call ID fields subject to change include:

• ASTRO 25 (UCL System ID, UCL WACN ID, UCL Unit ID, and the Hot List Call ID)

• Type II (UCL System ID, UCL Unit ID, and the Hot List Call ID )

Click the Browse button to locate and open a previously-exported Call List .CSV file from the console system.

• Once selected, the path to the file appears in the Console Aliases List File Path field.

Select the desired System Type, either Type II or ASTRO 25.

When choosing a System Name, either:

Select the desired Trunking System from the current codeplug's list of System names.

• When "ASTRO 25" is the selected System Type, the CPS retrieves the System ID and Home WACN ID of the selected Trunking System.

• When "Type II" is the selected System Type, the CPS retrieves the System ID of the selected Trunking System.

Or

Select "<Customized>" for a (Type II or ASTRO 25) Trunking System not defined in the CPS's current codeplug. Custom Call IDs reference an in-the-field Trunking System(s), and are useful to the radio when roaming outside of its normal System(s).

• For "ASTRO 25" select the Custom System ID and Custom Home WACN ID.

• For "Type II" select only the Custom System ID.

If desired, select to Delete Extra Call IDs / Contacts.

• When "Enabled", any UCL and / or Hot List content that is in the current codeplug but not in the selected .CSV file are deleted during the Import process.

Click the Import button to begin the Import process.

• UCL / Hot Lists Aliases and Call IDs (see the "Note" above) from the imported .CSV file are compared with the same from the currently open CPS codeplug and the appropriate changes are updated to the codeplug.

• A Report on all added, modified, unchanged, and/or deleted content is provided.
